We value and protect your privacy to the fullest extent. We will never share or sell any contact information! Some of our clients give us "unpublished" email addresses or phone numbers. We never divulge these to anyone without your permission, nor are they used other than to conduct business.

We collect your name and email address only after you have opted in to receive one if our newsletters, promotional emails, or reports, or have emailed us. The information we collect is used only to improve the content of our website or expand our services, to notify you of updates to our site or blog, or notify you of a special event. We DO NOT disclose this information to any other parties.

Confidentiality

All work performed by DesignBound is considered to be of a proprietary nature. Nothing will be used, sold or distributed to third parties, or used for financial gain by any person associated with DesignBound. The Owner and Independent Contractors of DesignBound will sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement if needed. No part of your project will be disclosed to anyone, even after you have made it public.

If in the process of working with you we have access to highly confidential information such as passwords or financial information, we WILL NOT disclose anything to outside parties. For the most part, your confidential information is only shared by the Owner and/or an Independent Contractor who may be assisting with your project.
